April so far

General Conference we went up to Grandma Jo and Grandpa Dale's house.
General Conference made Leah pass out.

And apparently a few other people zonked out, too!!!  My mom was mid-stitch in her crochetting.....and she'd wake up and keep right on going.  Funny!!  :)

Picture at 36 weeks 2 days.  Officially 2 days longer than I went with Leah.  Today I hit 37 weeks and am considered full term.  My brain keeps telling me I should be done because Leah was already here by now, but my body keeps telling me I should hang on for a while.  With some slight high blood pressure issues I probably won't go completely to 40, but we'll see!!  The dr's are monitoring me pretty much twice a week.  We'll see what they say this Friday.

This is Leah's favorite spot to hang out when I'm doing dishes or cooking dinner.  It is right in front of the fridge, but I can't help but love that she likes being near me!!!  And she has been carrying that baby around constant for the past 3 days.  I think she's getting ready for sister to come.  (The best is when she points to the baby's diaper and says, "Sicky")

"Hooray!!!"  This was the cute shirt I found to do Leah's 18 month photo shoot.  Still waiting for our pictures to come back.  Can't wait to see how they turned out!

Leah likes to do this face when something is frustrating or gross.  I think it's hilarious!!  Glad I got it on camera.

I put Leah down for her nap at 1:00 this afternoon.  At 3:35 I decided I should go in and check on her.  I found her sound asleep on the recliner.  I don't know how long she played before she passed out, but it gave me time to take a nice nap and get something done before she got up!!  She is the best with naps and night time.  Usually I just have to say "Good night, baby!  I love you!" and she puts her head down and doesn't make a peep.  If I try and stay in there to sing her a song or pat her back she says, "See ya, buh-bye!"  I just want to enjoy my last days of just me and Leah, but if she wants me to leave, I guess I'll work on baby projects instead!!!  We sure love how much Leah is talking and being able to communicate.  She's the happiest, easiest, sweetest baby girl.  I hope her sister takes after her.
