3 months!!!!!

Can you even believe it? Leah is 3 months old already.
-She is a pro at rolling from tummy to back (started at 4 weeks).
-She freely gives big, huge grins when mommy and daddy talk to her (started around 10 weeks).
-Loves her pink hippo friend.
-Won't take a pacifier.
-LOVES showers.
-Has ticklish feet.
-Will grasp a toy (when we shove it in her hand) and bonk herself in the face with it. :)
-Kicks her leg(s) when she's happy.
-Lets out a very audible "Hi" when she's playing with herself.
-Sucks on her hands a lot.
-Stops crying when she hears Mommy's voice.
-Goes to bed at midnight.
-Every 3 or 4 days she'll sleep 6-7 hours in a row!!
-She is 10 lbs 7 oz, 22.5 inches long.
-Does an "eh eh eh eh eh eh ahhhh" sound when falling asleep.
-Is almost starting to laugh.
-Hardly ever lets mommy get anything done, but I don't care because the only thing I ever want to do anyways is take care of my dear, sweet, incredible angel baby.

Enjoy some pictures!!!!!
Rolling over.

We made a sledding hill in our parking lot when we had the big snow. So fun!!
I love how she was sleeping. Sometimes when she falls asleep, I don't move her or else she will wake up.
Leah with her cousin once removed.
EllieMae, 3 weeks. Leah, 3 months.
Too precious to not share!

She fell asleep while watching me cook dinner! Must have been pretty boring!
As part of my exercise plan, I was walking A LOT one week. I would take Leah all bundled up in the carrier. She would fall asleep and stay asleep every time. Such a cooperative baby!
Giving smiles to daddy!
Leah loves to read stories!
She also likes learning from Baby Einstein.

Four of the recent babies in our ward.
10 weeks, 6 weeks, 5 weeks, 3 weeks!!

I dressed Leah as a turkey for Thanksgiving!! She was SO cute!
I especially love the feet!!

And who could ever resist a face like that? She is such a doll!! I am so lucky to be her mom!!
THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Thankfuls:
-Alex: working so hard while going to school so that I can stay home with our baby.
-Leah: making me laugh and smile so much every day.
-My mom: for letting me call her 5 times a day and talking to me and giving me advice, etc.
-Conference Ensign: I have been going through it and enjoying the conference talks again.
-Family in general: having fun, playing games, giving support, etc.
-Friends/Neighbors: who do silly things and play games with us and share food. :)
-Plus dozens of other things, but these are most on my mind right now!!!

Halloween!! + some!!

Ok, so I know it's been FOREVER since our last post. I tried to put Halloween up the day after Halloween, but my computer would not let me upload pictures to blogger. I tried and tried, day after day, and it was still being annoying. Probably could have tried on our desktop, but that would mean getting the card from the camera, loading them onto that computer, and then trying. Just seemed annoying! Anyways, now that it finally let me upload some pictures, most of you who read my blog have already seen all the pictures because they are on facebook. Now I have to get the camera card and put the new pics on the laptop and see if blogger will work a second time. Later! I don't feel like doing that at 5:15 in the morning as I am feeding Leah. At least this is the first time she's woken up!! (11:30-5 is pretty good!!!)

Also, these are in no particular order. It's too annoying to make them be in order, so enjoy them anyways, because it's been frustrating to try and get them here in the first place!! :)

I love this little princess with her prissy face!!! She is such a doll. I also love this outfit from Aunt Rita. So cute!!
So worn out from running errands. Also, this fuzzy outfit is my favorite thing to put her in because it makes her so soft and cuddly!! Love!
Doing homework with Daddy can be exhausting, too!!
I was a Mermaid for Halloween. Leah was a trout! And Alex was a fisherman with his "two greatest catches"!! This was my attempt at having family-themed costumes at very low budget. I made Leah's costume and it was adorable to watch her flop around in it!!
We were given this snuggle suit from Alex's sister, Coralee. It is a 0-3 month suit and Leah was just over 2 months. "I can't put my arms down!!" So cute!
One of the main reasons we dressed Leah as a fish is so we could do THIS to her and not be 'bad parents'!!! You have to have a fish face when you are a fish, right?
Fish in a net!! (And Alex's costume. For some reason, even though I KNOW I have all the pictures on the computer, since I got them on facebook somehow, most of them aren't showing up in my photo library.....can't find the family ones or the full body of Alex. Silly computer!)
She has been caught!!! She made a pretty cute fish.
We went to the town pumpkin walk and they had fun cut-outs. Leah had to be Yoda!!
We also had to get some fun family pictures all dressed in Orange for Halloween!! Orange is my absolute FAVORITE color, so I thought it was wonderful! Leah and I even had matching Orange toenails! Alex sometimes thinks I go a little crazy, but I think it's fun and cute! He's a good sport about it!! :)
Here is a cute video of our floppy fish baby!

I am hoping to get caught up a little bit tomorrow and show some more recent pictures, but for now, this is a recap of Halloween.....just in time for Thanksgiving!!! Enjoy!!!

Sounds of an angel sleeping

We are very lucky to be graced with this sound every time Leah falls asleep.  Sometimes it's louder, sometimes quieter.  Sometimes it's longer and sometimes shorter.  You never know when it will happen fast enough to grab the camera but last night Kristen got lucky and actually got it!
